The Casa Roasters story started in 2018 with a simple idea: make really good ice cream. That same year, the team opened Das Casa, a cozy café in the heart of Würzburg serving handmade ice cream, breakfast, homemade cakes, and coffee.
Good coffee soon became just as important as good ice cream. To match the quality of everything else on the menu, the team began roasting their own specialty coffee, and Casa Roasters was born.
